    Venue:Windsor State School, entrance from Harris Street
    Entry fee:$5.00 per family
    Food:The club will be running a BBQ and refreshment canteen
    Events:30 & 60m races and (some) relays
    Entries7 & under to 12 & over, plus group relays. Wobbies have a limit of two swimmers per event.

    Rules of the meet:

    • Ages is determined based on the age on the blocks on 20 November 2022 and the maximum age for swimmers is 14 years.
  • Relay Ages for medley relay and freestyle relay are: ▫ Junior – 8 yrs & Under, ▫ Mid 9-10 yrs, Senior - 11+ yrs
  • Mixed Team relay will consist of a team of 6 swimmers containing one swimmer from each age group (i.e. 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12+)
  • If a swimmer swims up in any age group, they can only swim once per stroke
  • The “1 start rule” will apply for all 60 metre races.
  • Placing will be decided on the computer times and referee’s decision. The referee’s decision will be final.
  • All events will start from the blocks (deep end) with timekeepers moving to the shallow end for all 30 metre races and “Over the top” starts for all 60 metre races except backstroke.
  • In all 4 x 30 metre relays, swimmers starting at the shallow end will commence their swim leg in the pool. No diving in at the shallow end is permitted
  • Medley relay events will be swum in the order: backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle.
  • There will be 2 timekeepers per lane
  • Caps must be worn by all swimmers until they exit the pool
  • All competitors will receive a ribbon for placing 1st, 2nd or 3rd
  • Officials required from each club: 4 Timekeepers, 1 Judge, 1 Marshall (to Marshall their own swimmers).

    Place points: 1st 7, 2nd 5, 3rd 4, 4th 3, 5th 2, 6th 1
