Did you know that a good dive can take seconds off your best time? That multi-lap races are often won or lost on the turn?

With the Windsor Swimming Carnival on this Sunday 20 November, we are running a skills session open to all of our carnival swimmers. For those not signed up to this carnival, contact [email protected]. We will be focussing on:

• The dive - secrets to coming up in front
• Relay change-overs - because there is no "I" in team
• The turn - how to get in and out fast (if time, for our two-lap swimmers)

The skills session will be run by Linsay and Alex this Friday @5pm, before the free swim at 5.30pm. As usual, parents can we please hang around to supervise our swimmers from the stands. There is no need to sign up for this skills session, just turn up.
