To help me get through the insanity that ensue for the first week, it's a short program. No 5 lap free or IM.

One other point. We run Wobbies on the School Sports guidelines for age groups. This means that for the Championship at the end of term, anyone who turns 10 this year (so any point before Dec 31) will have to swim 2 laps for any stroke in which they wish to compete. All these swimmers are now eligible to swim 2 laps at club meets. There are 7 (scheduled) meets before the championships, so it may be worth getting a little practice in.
