Just a note on how the shootouts at the Championships work.

This is a single race for each category. The swimmers will be the 5 fastest swimmers that nominate for the event. If you do not nominate, you will not take part.

If you are unsure if your child would be in the top 5, go ahead and nominate anyway. It causes no issue.
